Great River Palm 55+ RV Resort Rates

NOTES:

• Weekly is not available durring prime season.
• Prime season is November 1st though May 31st
• Rates are based on two (2) person occupancy. Each additional person will be charged the "Additional Guest" rate listed above
• Maximum RV length allowed on any site is 40 feet
• All RVs must be 10 years old or newer
• Guests must register at the office on day of arrival
• Overnight guests must be accommodated at host's RV
• A separate site must be rented for overnight guests who are staying in a second RV or any other vehicle
• Long-Term Leases (6 months to 1 year):
  • A lease cannot be altered as to number of persons during lease period
  • Lease is not transferable – no sub-leasing
• See Reservation Deposit Policy below

NOTES:

• Storage must be paid in advance
• Only current residents are allowed to utilize storage

DEPOSIT NOTES:

• Rental charge begins at reservation date.1 - Month Due at Reservation
• Remainder of rent is payable in advance, on-arrival and is not transferrable. No sub-renting.
• One (1) month's rent – date of arrival or reservation to the same date of the following month.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

• Absolutely no refunds.
• Reservation dates may be adjusted within the same season.
